Troubleshooting hints for those who are having difficulty login on.


If you are having difficulty accessing the secure website  it is likely that your web browser or your computer’s internet access (via a proxy server or a firewall) is interfering with your access to the secure website.  


Hopefully the steps below will solve the problem.  If you still can’t access the application,  please send an email to  and provide the following:

·         You web browser

·         Your Operating System

·         Have you been able to create a username and password?

·         The steps you have you taken from the suggestions below


1.     If you forgot your previously established login ID or password, click here.


2.  If you know your login ID or password, adjust your browser settings (see instructions below):

3.     Still not working? Do you have a different web browser you can use?   If so, try accessing the website with that browser.


4.     Check to see if you have a firewall and adjust those settings to allow for connection to a secure website.   Or if you have a proxy server or an internet service provider you’ll need to check those settings to ensure that they allow connection to a secure website.


5.    Try accessing the website using a different computer.


Adjusting your browser settings in Internet Explorer


A)     Start by accessing the website using this URL (cut and paste):

B)     Next you will want to enable cookies and adjust your privacy settings:

·         Select "Internet Options" from the Tools menu.

·         Click on the "Privacy" tab.

·         Click the "Default" button (or manually slide the bar down below "Medium") under "Settings".

·         Click ‘OK’

Note:   If you prefer to keep a higher setting, you can enable cookies for the MyEAP site by clicking on the "Sites" button in the 'Privacy' tab, then under "Address of Web Site" type ""  then click "Allow."


C)     Under this same tab, make sure that your pop-up blocker is turned off (or you can allow pop-ups from "")

D)     Then (Still under "Internet Options" from the Tools menu)

·         Click on the "Security" tab.

·         Click the "Custom Level" button under Security Level for this zone

·         Under Reset Custom settings set it to “medium-low’ and click ’reset’

·         Click ‘OK’ in the box that states “are you sure you want to change the security settings for this zone.”

·         Click ‘OK’ then close out


E)     Again, try accessing the website using this URL (cut and paste if you have to):

F)     No luck?  Try clearing out your cache.  

·         Select "Internet Options" from the Tools menu.

·         Click on the "General" tab.

·         Under the “Temporary Internet Files” header,

·         Click the "Delete cookies" button, then click OK

·         Click the "Delete files" button, then click OK

·         Click ‘OK’  to close out


G)     After you have made your adjustments, close Internet Explorer and re-open it and access the above website.

H)     If you are still having difficulties, let’s make sure your browser allows access to a secure site:

·   To ensure that your security settings can support access to a secure site:  Click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options. On the Advanced tab, click Restore Defaults


Adjusting your browser settings in Mozilla Firefox

  1. Click on the Tools menu in Mozilla

  2. Click on the Options item in the menu - a new window will open

  3. Click on the Privacy selection in the left part of the window.

  4. Expand the Cookies section.

  5. Check the Enable cookies and Accept cookies normally checkboxes.

  6. Save changes by clicking 'Ok'
