The purpose of this course is to provide understanding of the company's internal control and internal audit system and the use of various methods; to grasp the keystone of the internal control system and internal audit system design, learn to set up corporates' internal control system; internal control and its functions in commercial environments, the management individuals, the auditor's responsibility, and the different roles of the internal and external auditors; the different areas of the internal control system's design, development, examine, review, and evaluation in commercial organizations.
