The course provides basic knowledge, attitudes and skills required to assess and consider intervention strategies to address the impact of HIV and AIDS, crime, and sexual health; and skills required to consider different levels (micro, mezzo, and macro) of social work interventions relating to the selected issues explored throughout the course.
