Course Description: This course offers an analysis of the concept of love from a psychological standpoint. The course uses the attachment theory as a foundation and holistically examines the origin of love, individual differences in our experience of love, and expressions of love. The class has lectures as well as outside reading. In addition, there are in class surveys to lend understanding to the core concepts in an interactive manner. Attendance is mandatory and the class surveys serve as roll call. Texts: R.
