Course Description: This course examines the following topics: Introductory mechanics, Newtonian dynamics, projectile motion, work & energy, elastic properties of solids, fluids, heat, electromagnetic radiation, radiation physics, dc. electricity, bioelectric effects. Special lectures on biophysical applications including biomedical instrumentation, lasers in dentistry and medicine are also included in this course, along with laboratory experiments.
