Course Description: The focus of environmental politics often shifts, and this course examines key contemporary issues in the field - from the more longstanding to emergent issues just gaining political urgency. The course focuses on key issues in depth; this may include climate change, environmental justice, food politics, sustainable cities, and/or other timely issues in the Australian or global context. Students are required to do intensive research in a relevant and salient area of interest in environmental politics and policy.
