Major theories and models within key research areas are examined, including positive emotions, neuroplasticity, mindfulness, strengths, gratitude, optimism, resilience, hope, motivation, flow, and relationships. Students are exposed to a variety of disciplines, including education, philosophy, sports science, sociology, organizational science, and psychology.
