Topics: review of programming languages, basic structure of C-language; data types, variables, and data structures, conditionals, loops; arrays and strings; standard input/output operations, data storage, file operations, pointers, memory allocation, pointers vs. strings and arrays; custom data structures in C language: design and definitions; applications of data structures in C, pointers to data structures; functions (arguments, return values, recursion).
