Course Description: This course covers roles of financial systems and the negative aspects. The keywords, risk and liquidity, are major parts of this course as well as those of the recent financial and banking theory. Taking for example the global financial crisis between 2007-2009, the students will learn how the recent theory studies crises, and suggests a new regime to prevent them. References: H.S.
