Course Description:	This course offers a study of human rights law through a comparative lens. The course discusses topics including comparisons of the approaches of international and regional human rights bodies, and of the differing positions of state actors and non-state actors, such as multinational corporations. The course examines human rights norms and procedures that have been established to protect human rights. The course requires a basic knowledge of international law as a prerequisite.
