Course Description:
The purpose of this course is to develop and understanding of Japanese economy by focusing on Japan’s role in global trade and economy. The course utilizes concepts from microeconomics as well as statistical data to observe the changes in Japan’s economy and its position in the world economy. Assessment: Final exam 100%. Class participation may also be included on evaluation criteria.
