Course Description: To deliver superior values to customers, it is important to understand precisely what customers need and respond to the needs appropriately to have better position than competitors. This course is designed to explore the basic concepts and frameworks of marketing management. With an introduction of new information technologies, companies are able to have powerful tools of communication and interaction with customers. This course also introduces basic ideas about how companies can build and maintain a favorable relationship with customers. Assessment: Class participation and attendance (25%), midterm paper (25%), final term paper (50%).
