Course Description: This course examines the theory of daily life based upon three perspectives which are daily consumption, daily interpersonal interaction, and daily sense. The life of ancient people is shown through the contents of clothing, food, housing, transportation, childhood, marriage, birth, providing for the aged, curing and nursing, and funeral. The course also studies the relationship between state, society and individual, also between man and woman. The course covers the fresh daily life of ancient people, and the interaction between state and family, people and society, man and woman.
