Course Description: This course is for students who have studied at the advanced level but are required to further improve their proficiency. It aims to develop a well-balanced, upper advanced level proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in Japanese through various exercises including summarizing, and role-play using expressions learned in class. Students speak Japanese in a more sophisticated manner and become able to express their opinions logically using learned vocabulary and expressions. They master the 100 most important advanced sentence patterns, 10,000 basic words and 2,000 kanji cumulatively, and develop an understanding and command of highly advanced Japanese.
