Course Description: "Chungomikura" is considered as one of the most well-known pieces of Japanese classical performing arts. This lecture compares the Korean translated version of "Kana Temoto Tadaomikura", which is also the origin of the name of "Chusaomikura", with Japanese original texts and notes. This lecture is given in Korean, as one needs to read Korean translations. In addition, discussion sessions are also in Korean. The course begins with an outline of puppet theater and kabuki, the performing arts at the premiere of Kana Temoto Tadaomikura, and introduces the current Bunraku and Kabuki. Then, based on the readings of each stage of "Kana Temotomoto Tadaomikura", there is an opportunity to view it while comparing the images of Kabuki and Bunraku.
